Wedding Rings
Are you available on our wedding day?
Possibly, I cover between 20 and 30 weddings each year so please make use of one of the several methods available on the contact page as soon as possible.

What do we actually receive?

You receive 3 DVDs, each fully printed and presented in its own case.  Along with as much footage as possible, the DVD will also have a themed menu and navigation structure personalised to you and your wedding.

We would like to include our favourite imagery and music on our DVD, can that be arranged?

Definitely.  This is one of the most important questions I will ask you even if you don't ask me.  It is so important that your DVD represents not just your day but the personallity of you and your families too.  Every DVD is always fully copyright licensed so that you can freely choose your favourite songs and music.

How much footage will we be able to watch on our DVD?

The maximum amount of content at high quailty that can fit on a single DVD is around 2 hours.  The 'One Fine Day' and 'Whole in One' packages usually result in enough footage to fill the disc.  The DVD is ultimately yours, so I can tailor the running time to your requirements.

We would like to meet with you and view an example of your work, can you come to us?

Absolutely. There is only one chance to get this right, so I look forward to meeting with you beforehand to discuss your requirements and arrangements.  I do keep DVDs of my previous work for you to view, but of course I cannot leave them with you for privacy and copyright reasons.

How long does it take to produce?  When can we watch our finished DVD?

This varies depending on the package you choose and the amount of footage that is taken, the longest it has taken so far is 3 weeks, but it normally take 1 or 2 weeks.  During the busy summer season this can become extended due to the sheer volume of work.

We have special requirements for the DVD, can you do that?

Certainly.  The best and most enjoyable DVDs are those that are specific to the wedding couple so please get in contact, I'd love to hear your ideas.

What do we get on the actual wedding day?

Over the years I have found that 3 cameras along with the audio recording equipment is sufficent.  You will probably not notice me or the cameras, I try to blend in to the background so you can enjoy your day without being camera-conscious.

How much experience do you have?

I have been recording wedding DVDs since 2008.

Why does a DVD cost so much?

Although there are many details, technical and creative decisions being made throughout the recording stage, this is the relatively easy part.  The vast majority of effort and time is invested in the editing and production phases.  Typically, this takes 4 or 5 times the length of the initial footage.

We lost our DVD, can we get a replacement?

Of course, for £15 I can reproduce your wedding DVD.  The cost covers manufacture, printing and the copyright licence from PPL which guarantees that all recording artists rightly benefit from the use of their work.
